Here is the revised comp of my profile view, as well as some flat color schemes. The perspective view is still coming together. My favorites are probably numbers (in order) 3, 5, 8, 7. I just think the military scheme (5) looks cool, but I'm not sure I'd actually choose that one for the final version.
